I'm trying to embrace fresh and inspiring musical ideas, so I've decided to start releasing tracks as soon as they are completed. I have a tendency to hold onto finished tracks for too long, and they never end up being released. This particular track came together quickly and fully embraced this new philosophy. Its foundation was built around a simple patch on my modular rig and a swinging drum groove that I processed multiple times. I also added additional touches in Ableton using various instruments and effects. "Park Hill" embodies my current creative mindset and signifies a significant step towards embracing new ideas and consistently releasing music.
